Aromat was introduced in 1953 as a ‘seasoning mix’. With the introduction of the new seasoning, came new flavours of soups and sauces predominantly featuring the seasoning. Greenlandic people also use this seasoning on various traditional Greenlandic foods. It’s the most popular seasoning in South Africa, which is produced both here eMzansi and Switzerland.
Ingredients: salt, modified maize flour ( contains genetically modified material), flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), flavourant (cheese powder 2%), yeast extract, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit, contains antioxidant TBHQ), vegetable oil (palm seeds, contains antioxidant TBHQ), flavor enhancer(E631, E627), radurised spices (turmeric, celery, cloves) mushroom flakes, flavouring (paprika), dehydrated onions, radurised bay flakes.
