DELIVERY INFORMATION (UPDATED NOON 05/07/2025)

A minimum purchase amount of £50 is required. Orders will only be delivered on Tuesday (Order by Sunday 11:59 pm).

Due to an increase in dry ice prices, our delivery prices have been updated as below:

*UK Mainland Delivery: £9.99 (Dispatched Monday only, for Tuesday delivery)
*Non-UK Mainland Delivery (Isle of Man): £29.99 (Dispatched Monday)

*The above delivery timeframes are estimated. We aim to deliver before or on the estimated delivery day. Fresh Meat & Poultry may delay dispatch day. So that you know, your order will be dispatched on the next working day on Bank Holidays.

We use a courier service for our deliveries. Frozen & Perishable goods will be delivered in temperature-controlled packaging (suitable for up to 48 hours from dispatch) where required. Please refrigerate or freeze your products when they are delivered.

If you’re not available to receive your delivery, our courier will leave your parcel in a safe place whenever possible. Please do not reschedule your delivery directly with DPD, as this can delay your perishable goods and may result in defrosting. Please note that DPD may dispose of any perishable items if a delivery attempt fails. If the parcel is rescheduled for delivery, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage.

The Halal Food Shop does not take liability for unsuccessful delivery attempts. If there are any issues with your delivery when you arrive, including missing items, please email us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at hello@thehalalfoodshop.com.

Refunds will not be issued for missing items not reported within 24 hours. 

LOCAL DELIVERY (Minimum spend £40)

If the option for Local Delivery is available at checkout your order will be delivered directly by The Halal Food Shop.
