Wonderfully versatile, KQF Beef Macon slices are ready-cooked strips of lean ‘whole muscle’ beef. They can be used cold in salads and sandwiches, or served hot on pizzas, in pasta dishes or in a whole host of other meals.

Sold ready-sliced and naturally smoked using beech wood chips, they are suitable for use in all kinds of meals, including a halal version of the traditional full English breakfast. Very easy to use, the strips can be also used as an ingredient in numerous home-cooked dishes. Note that halal chicken and lamb versions are also available.
