For 1 cup of Chai add a 1/4 teaspoon of spice to your saucepan with your loose tea or teabag, with 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water. Let this boil up till it's the perfect colour, preferably on low heat.
Alternatively add a pinch to your kettle brew for a refreshing cuppa.
As the spice is a fresh ground and not a powder, you may need to use a sieve to strain it through
